adequate for a short stay
helpful staff perfect room soft bed poor socket location
the staff provided helpful advice. gabriela and denzel were particularly helpful. the location is close to the main plaza with lots of restaurant options. the room was perfect.
the bed was too soft. there were no large towels, glasses for a drink of water, or luggage storage.

The hotel's location allowed an easy walk to the city center. I found the bedding comfortable. Plenty of fresh towels were available . The air conditioning in my room worked efficiently, maintaining a comfortable temperature.
The walls seemed thin and I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms at times, this was a small inconvenience though.

great location excellent air worn mattress unavailable hairdryer
the location was excellent! bus and tram stops were just steps away. the air con worked so well. i could store my luggage in cheap lockers!
the mattress was worn out, and i think it needs replacement. when i asked for a hair dryer, there wasn't one available, a bummer.

helpful staff luggage lockers excellent location small room limited space sealed window
the staff were very helpful and polite. i could leave my luggage at the lockers by the reception after i checked out. the location was super close to the city centre.
my room was quite small. there was barely enough room to open a suitcase. the window was not possible to open, i would have liked fresh air.

The staff was very helpful. The location was excellent. Bus and tram stops were just steps from the hotel entrance. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked VERY well. I also appreciated the cheap luggage lockers (very useful!).
